Objectives

Ensure the overseeing of day to day activities of vessel operations, maintenance and crew management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build metrics, reports and dashboard to analyse operations and NNPC Business Plan and Strategy.


• Provide input for business optimization processes and NNPC Business Plan and Strategy.


• Build and maintain tool to benchmark operations against industry players and NNPC Business Plan and Strategy.


• Prepare regular performance reports to drive business performance review process

Educational Qualification

• First degree or its equivalent in Business Administration or any Social Science discipline


• MBA or Master’s degree will be an added advantage

• Business forecasting skills


• Environmental scanning skills


• Entrepreneurial skills


• Business acumen


• Knowledge of people management


• Commercial orientation


• Knowledge of Oil and Gas industry

Experience

• Minimum of 9 years relevant post qualification experience


• Experience in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.
