Objectives

Responsible for efficient vessel bunkering operations

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor bunker management system.


• Liaise with vessel captains to ascertain bunker levels.


• Liaise with bunker suppliers.


• Monitor bunker prices and generate market report

Educational Qualification

• First Degree or its equivalent in Engineering, Physical Sciences or related fields


• Professional qualification, certification and membership of at least one professional body e.g. COREN, NSE, etc.

Competence

• Tanker Shipping business skills


• Tanker Shipping operations skills


• Stakeholder management skills


• Port & shipboard management skill


• Skill in Shipping related ERP based Softwares


• Knowledgeable in international maritime conventions and regulations

Experience

• Minimum of 9 years relevant post qualification experience


• Experience in the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage.
