Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough screening to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.


• Build and maintain a strong network of HealthTech professionals and industry contacts.


• Collaborate to understand client recruitment needs and provide relevant profiles.


• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to effectively match candidates with cutting-edge HealthTech companies.


• Upload qualified candidates to our ATS.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or HealthTech industry.


• Strong understanding of HealthTech roles and the skills required for success in this field.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
