Key Responsibilities

• Receive, register and Analyze customer orders for forecasting and product dispatch.


• Carry out route analysis for products for dispatch.


• Dispatch of Sales orders on the system


• Order picking in the depot


• Invoice generation for dispatched products to customers


• Attend to complaints from customers and provide information for resolution.


• Receipt and proper storage of products into the depot


• Issuance of stocks to Customers from the depot


• Generation of waybills and invoices for customers from the depot


• Carry out weekly stock count exercise and reconciliation


• Ensure accuracy in loading and distribution of products from the Depot to all customers


• Accurate filing of documents of logistics and Supply Chain activities in in the depot


• Any other duties as assigned by the Depot Manager or Depot Operations Manager from time to time.

Requirements

• Education: HND / B.Sc Statistics / Accounting / Economics / Business Administration or any Natural Science.


• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years Cognate Experience.

Required Competency and Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.


• Proficiency with supply chain management software.


• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
