Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Stock requisition for products scheduled for supply are promptly prepared, signed, and followed up with the third-party warehouse operatives for dispatch


• Carry out route analysis for product dispatch.


• Receive, register, and Analyze invoices for forecasting for dispatch.


• Ensure accuracy in requisition of products from 3rd Party Warehouse for Dispatch.


• Waybill processing for all dispatched products to customers.


• Identify Supply Operational gaps and initiate close-up.


• Accurate filing of products dispatch documents, for easy retrieval.


• Attend to complaints from the field and provide information for resolution.


• Accurately provide a report of pending invoices for reconciliation.


• Any other duties as assigned by the Snr. Logistics Officer or Logistics & Supply Manager from time to time.

Qualifications

Minimum Educational Requirement:

• HND / B.SC. Statistics, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or any Natural Science.

Minimum Relevant Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years Cognate Experience.

Required Competency and Skills:

• Computer Literacy


• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and good communication skills


• Good analytical skills.
