About The Role



  • As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships and providing expert advisory services.

  • Your primary responsibilities will include managing day-to-day project delivery and reporting to align with client objectives, while proactively identifying cross-selling opportunities across service lines throughout the continent.

  • You will play a crucial role in driving business development efforts, focusing on both expanding current client business and acquiring new accounts.

  • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to achieve revenue and profit targets through strategic account management and effective client engagement.


What You Will Bring



  • Degree in Estate Management, Finance or Business-related field of study;

  • Minimum 5 years business and commercial real estate experience, including advisory and execution of transactions;

  • Must have proven exceptional client service skills and the ability to provide an advisory service to both internal and external clients.

  • Strong financial management skills, including experience in forecasting, fee management, and profitability analysis. Ability to implement effective pricing strategies and manage cash flow.

  • Experience in effectively managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and external clients.

  • Sound understanding of the real estate or property management industry, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for financial forecasting, client management, and project tracking (e.g., CRM systems, financial modeling software, project management tools).

Client Account Management:



  • Understand and address client needs and real estate objectives effectively.

  • Maintain excellent communication and engagement, ensuring ease of collaboration.

  • Proactively anticipate and resolve client issues, demonstrating initiative.

  • Meet deadlines consistently and seek opportunities to enhance client outcomes.

  • Strive for continuous improvement and adhere to best practices.

  • Deliver high-quality reports and business cases aligned with compliance standards.


Profit & Finance Management



  • Contribute to annual fee income projections through accurate forecasting.

  • Manage debtor and disbursement recovery to ensure cash flow and profitability.

  • Implement effective pricing strategies and maintain profitable fee structures.

  • Cross-sell services across business lines and adhere to company procedures and guidelines.

  • Set and achieve objectives aligned with business plans, fostering innovation within the team.


Operational Discipline And Team Collaboration



  • Maintain Revenue Tracker accurately and update regularly for billing forecasts.

  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and manage debtors effectively.

  • Provide requested information promptly for business purposes.

  • Complete instructions and documentation accurately and on time.

  • Demonstrate teamwork, ownership, client focus, and integrity in all interactions


Business Development



  • Drive business development efforts, focusing on increasing revenue with existing clients and securing new business opportunities.

  • Cross-sell services to other skill lines and contribute to ethical business practices and compliance initiatives.
