Job Description

• Build relationships to grow international student enrollment


• Support the mission, vision, and strategic plan of Grayworth


• Recruit international students and process international admission applications, advise applicants of program options and admission requirements


• Process student files, conduct credential evaluation and GPA calculations.


• Promptly and courteously, respond to phone calls, emails and other requests from students


• Attend all meetings as requested / required


• Collaborate with co-workers regarding new recruitment strategies, make suggestions on new strategies to increase marketing opportunities for international recruitment


• Process immigration documents in compliance with Homeland Security Regulations


• Stay up-to-date on government/legislative changes pertaining to international higher education


• Utilize recruitment tools such as social media platforms, personal contacts, international educational fairs, presentations, etc.


• Submit the report of international student files processed on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually.


• Assist in development and execution of the international recruitment plan and the international orientations


• Collaborate with other departments to assist in recruitment and enrollment efforts


• Work with international partners institutions on collaborative projects


• Attend to other duties as requested by the Director


• Some weekend hours might be required during marketing and campaigns


• This position might require traveling locally, regionally, nationally and overseas, if needed.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND qualification with 1 - 4 years work experience.
