• At Social Growth we are looking for Social Media-team Lead-Digital Marketing who will lead our growing Social Media and content team & strategize for our clients. As a Social Media and content team Leader, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing and monitoring our companies & clients social media and content strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Social Media and content Specialists & co-ordinate with Project Managers.


• Develop, implement and manage all the clients social media strategies.


• Define the most important social media KPIs.


• Manage and oversee social media content.


• Measure the success of every social media campaign.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.


• Be on top of global social media trends on a daily basis.


• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.


• Hire and train others in the team.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, English, Communications, or similar fields


• At least 4 years of experience in writing and editing, and at least 2 in management


• Impeccable writing and grammar skills


• Deep interest in the constantly changing social media algorithms


• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms


• Experience using analytics tools, such as Facebook Insights and Google Analytics
