Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the commercial operations and teams of Growth Officers in the North i.e. Kano and Abuja. This role entails driving sales, developing strategies, and ensuring the growth and success of the company’s financing solutions across various business verticals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Growth Officers.


• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.


• Identify, qualify, and convert leads into new client relationships.


• Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure business growth and retention.


• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.


• Develop and deliver impactful sales training programs for your team.


• Oversee deal origination, negotiation, and closing processes.


• Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.


• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends.

Job Requirements:

• BSC/HND in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing.


• Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, ideally within the finance or trade industry.


• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating sales teams to consistently exceed targets.


• Strong grasp of trade finance solutions and the ability to tailor them to specific business needs.


• Proven residency in Kano for the past 5 years, with a deep understanding of the cultural landscape.


• Native Hausa speaker, ensuring effortless communication and building rapport with local clientele.

Salary – N700, 000 - N800, 000

Additional Benefit:

• Commissions of 1% of the entire revenue generated from all portfolios by Growth Officers managed in the North
