projects.
The ideal candidates should be self-motivated enough to reach out and bring in new clientele through outdoor marketing, cold-calling, and networking with architects and construction companies.
Job Description :
- Supervision of staff and general office activities.
- Facilitation of communication throughout the company branches and development of procedures to make our workplace more efficient.
- He/She will oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons.
Requirements and skills :
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer (minimum of 3 years)
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Proficient in MS Office
- Attention to detail
- University degree
