Job Description
The ideal candidates should be self-motivated enough to reach out and bring in new clientele through outdoor marketing, cold-calling, and networking with architects and construction companies.
Responsibilities:
- Canvas for new clients by visiting prospective building sites and projects.
- Setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and convert them into paid customers
- Communicating with current and potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to
- their problems
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience in sales and marketing in the building construction sector (minimum of 5 years). (past experience in marketing tiles or paints or other building materials direct to projects )
- Should have a database of construction companies & architects previously networked.
- Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- High school degree
Remuneration : Competitive + Commission on sales.
