Job Description

• We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team.


• The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and possess a strong portfolio showcasing their proficiency in various design techniques and software.


• From concept development to final execution, the Graphics Designer will play a key role in creating engaging visuals that communicate our brand message effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for both print and digital media, including but not limited to logos, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website layouts.


• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all design materials.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client expectations and objectives.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate innovative ideas into design projects.


• Conduct thorough research and gather inspiration to inform design concepts and approaches.


• Prepare design files for production, including proper formatting, color management, and file optimization.


• Provide constructive feedback and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field.


• 1 - 2 years of experience working as a graphic designer, preferably in [mention any specific industries relevant to the company].


• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.


• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.


• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.


• Experience with web design and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.
