Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies.


• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms of service.


• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.


• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future supply needs.


• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and ethical standards.


• Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.


• Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful procurement decisions.


• Coordinate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.


• Resolve any procurement issues or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
