Job Responsibilities
- Build the wealth management team and develop team marketing strategies based on the company's stage-by-stage business objectives.
- Expand and maintain new sales channels.
- Attract and retain high-net-worth clients, recommend suitable investment products while helping the company meet its financial objectives.
- Oversee the training and operation of the wealth management team.
Job Requirements
Industry Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalaent in related discipline, more than 3-5 years of experience in sales of financial products (bank deposits, funds, insurance, etc.), management experience, experience in banks, wealth institutions, Internet finance and other similar positions is preferred.
Quality:
- Ahigh degree of self-motivation and self-discipline, can work effectively and independently, with the ability to apply entrepreneurial and business thinking to achieve team performance goals.
Team Management Skills:
- Experiences in employee relations management, with strong coaching skills and business sensitivity.
Client Maintenance Ability:
- Experiences in leading the team to attract and sellinvestment products to high-net-worth clients, excellent client development and maintenance skills.
