Job Summary



  • Our company is looking for the Brand Manager will be responsible for managing the company's largest brand, ensuring it reaches the right market and significantly increases sales.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in brand management, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and a proven track record of driving brand growth.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to position the flagship brand effectively in the market.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.

  • Manage and oversee all brand communication and marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, public relations, and digital marketing.

  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, sales data, and market feedback to assess the effectiveness of brand strategies and make necessary adjustments.

  • Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

  • Lead brand innovation and development initiatives to drive growth and market expansion.

  • Ensure brand compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:



  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

  • A master’s degree or post-graduate certification will be an added advantage.


Experience:



  • At least 5 years of experience in brand management, with a proven track record of managing and growing major brands.
