Job Summary

• We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollment and promoting our tech courses.


• This role is pivotal in helping us reach a wider audience and making quality tech education accessible to more people.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment.


• Identify and establish partnerships with relevant organizations and institutions.


• Manage relationships with potential and existing partners.


• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.


• Represent CodeCradle at industry events and online forums.


• Create and deliver engaging presentations to promote our courses.


• Track and report on sales metrics and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills.


• Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and clients.


• Knowledge of the tech education industry is a plus.


• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
