Job Description:
- Setting revenue/ profit targets and managing the business to achieve them
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving customer complaints
- Developing & Executing Marketing Strategies & plans
- Entry of sales, expense and other operational information into the accounting systems
- Preparing and implementing budgets
- Customer data and loyalty programs management
- Planning and coordinating in house and third party events
- Recruiting and managing personnel for optimum performance
- Producing varying reports on the business performance
- Supporting the conducting of appraisals
- Management of stakeholders - including vendors, partners and suppliers
- Planning staff rotas
- Updating the company SOP’s
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of restaurant management best practices.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Abuja resident preferred - no provisions for relocation
- Strong computer skills - particularly familiarity with the Google Suite ecosystem
- Excellent written English
- Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to details
