Job Summary

• As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, tea, and other beverages


• Maintain a clean and organized coffee station and equipment


• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries


• Work collaboratively with servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff


• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods


• Follow restaurant policies and procedures

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an NCE / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualifications with 1 - 2 years work experience


• Previous experience as a Barista (preferred)


• Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and ingredients


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
