Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage comprehensive accounting functions, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and budgeting.


• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions and records, adhering to established accounting principles and standards.


• Prepare and present detailed financial analyses and reports to support strategic decision-making.


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals and objectives.


• Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.


• Lead the preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.


• Develop and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ICAN, CPA) is highly Preferred.


• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with a proven track record in a Senior/Team lead role.


• Strong proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.


• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
