Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, performance appraisal, and employee relations.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support organizational objectives and foster a positive work environment.

  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals and drive initiatives that support organizational growth and development.

  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR practices.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, promoting effective communication and resolution of concerns.

  • Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, training, and professional development to enhance workforce capabilities and satisfaction


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in a senior HR role.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and trends to drive strategic initiatives.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all organizational levels.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex HR projects and driving organizational change.
