Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and experienced graphic Designer.


• The ideal candidate will have two to four years of graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions across various mediums.


• This individual will be responsible for developing visual concepts, creating digital and print designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design visually appealing marketing materials, including menus, promotional flyers, social media graphics, email newsletters, and signage that align with the brand's identity.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive branding and promotional campaigns.


• Create engaging visuals for our social media platforms that drive engagement and growth.


• Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and best practices to continuously enhance your skills and contribute to innovative solutions.


• Assist in the creation and editing of photography and videography for various promotional materials.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Gather feedback and make revisions as necessary to meet stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.


• 2 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the restaurant, lounge, or hospitality sector.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with motion graphics software is a plus.


• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in the food and beverage industry.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team environment.


• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.


• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
