Job Description

This is a full-time role as a Recovery Officer. This role is located in Lagos, Nigeria, but offers flexibility for some hybrid work. The Recovery Officer will work closely with clients to resolve outstanding debts, provide support and assistance, and maintain accurate records of recovery activities.

Requirements

• Debt Recovery and Analytical Skills


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work independently and remotely


• Knowledge for skiptracing


• Knowledge of effective strategies for debt recovery of written-off loans


• Experience working in a Fintech, loan recovery role


• Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills
