JOB SCOPE



  • You will be required to provide virtual and or face-to-face mental health services to key populations receiving services at the one-stop-shop clinic.

  • Provide services that would help key populations resolve identified psychosocial issues.

  • Constantly supervise the Key Population behavior to ensure their safety and wellbeing by working closely with the medical team.

  • Organize and coordinate mental health related workshops and training for staff who work directly with Key populations.

  • Refer clients to relevant social and medical programs.

  • Observe clients and interpret intelligence and personality.

  • Diagnose psychological, emotional, or behavioral disorders.

  • Attend and participate in group sessions, in-service education, community, and staff meetings.

  • Coordinate EAP services for cases requiring psychological interventions.

  • Prepare and submit written quarterly and annual reports as required by donors.


Requirements



  • Application of relevant methodologies and techniques for psychological evaluations.

  • Expertise in Suicide prevention, Trauma and grief management

  • Adept in observing and documenting symptoms, responses, and advancements

  • Experience in mental health and psychosocial support including women, children, adolescents, young adults, families, and workplace mental healthcare.

  • Application of relevant methodologies and techniques

  • Familiarity with accreditation and certification requirements and standards

  • Capable of identifying mental disorder where needed

  • Maintain emotional stability when dealing with human suffering, emergencies, and other stressors

  • Experience working with vulnerable and Key population.

  • Excellent ability to work flexibly as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with tight and fluctuating deadlines.

  • Bachelor’s degree/Master’s/Ph.D. in relevant fields in Psychology.
