Responsibilities

• Maintaining the company fixed asset register.


• Responsible for the creation of SAP Fixed assets codes for Fixed asset purchases.


• CAPEX requests approval on SAP, monitoring, controls against budget, and periodic reporting.


• Assist the Finance Manager in providing clarification on material variances in Management accounts MoM.


• Engaging in the organization's stock control and monitoring.


• Annual stock count, Bi-annual stock count, and period Spot checks of stackable items as the branches


• General Ledgers review and validations of correctness.


• Handle all Intercompany-related transaction postings on SAP.


• Revaluation of all foreign transaction accounts via the automated template and communication of same to FM monthly.


• Ensure all Clearing Accounts on SAP for both PL & BS are NIL by the close of the month.


• Monthly depreciation, IFRS 15, and IFRS 16 runs on SAP


• Extract Revenues from LMS and compute Referral Doctors fees payable while ensuring all payments are backed with an online Questionnaire from S&M


• Monthly filing of Statutory payments with relevant tax authorities within the tax requirements timelines


• Provision of supervisory roles to the account Payables Officer and Treasury Officer.


• Providing support to the Finance Manager.


• Interfacing with External Auditors and tax agents on behalf of the organization.

Requirement

• B.Sc in Accounting or relevant field


• At least 4 years experience.


• A good understanding of financial management obligations


• Excellent report writing & communication skills.


• Analytical skills & Problem-solving skills.


• IFRS 15 & IFRS conversant


• Ms Excel and SAP software skills


• Proficiency in financial planning software.


• Budgeting and Auditing Skills


• At least the Final stage of ICAN and related certification
