Job Summary:


We seek a detail-oriented and efficient Backend Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions primarily through phone calls, emails, and online platforms. As a backend CSR, you will resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, providing an excellent customer experience.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage incoming customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and online platforms.

  • Provide accurate information regarding menu items, promotions, and restaurant services.

  • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with the kitchen staff.

  • Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and following up to ensure resolution.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Coordinate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor and manage online reservations and delivery orders.

  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as updating customer databases and preparing reports.

  • Collect and report customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.

  • Promote and upsell special menu items and promotions through various communication channels.


Requirements:



  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in using customer service software and online platforms.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Minimum of HND
