About the job
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the Business Development of the SHS Channel and leading key partnerships and growth of Finance channels: Banks, MFI and other strategic financing partners.
Core Requirements:
- Mandatory to have experience in Paygo and SHS Space
- Experience in managing finance channel
- Experience in tracking and managing budgets
- Have been exposed to work in a small start-up environment
- Experience in a multicultural environment
- Experience in business development working with external
- stakeholders.
Breakdown of Responsibilities:
Commercial Management:
- Manage closely SHS Partners with daily monitoring ensuring targets are achieved.
- Develop a new SHS partnership / Distribution Channel
- Manage and grow existing partners.
- Prospect and find new strategic opportunities.
- Develop and deploy new strategies to increase sales opportunities.
- Develop new opportunities in the weak grid and off-grid segment.
Operational Management:
- Manage and Coordinate Partner orders.
- Key Account Management of new and existing Partners
- Directly work with a logistic officer to ensure goods are properly tracked and available for customer delivery.
- Directly work with the technical officer to ensure proper after-sales service and accurate logistics.
- Reporting and tracking of Sales leads and business prospects.
Project Management:
- Ability to Develop and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Document, maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures.
- Document learnings.
- Support on reporting and dashboard establishment.
- Lead cross-departmental collaboration and communicate the project status to all levels of the organization.
