Position Overview:



  • The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

  • The ideal candidate is passionate about design, has a keen understanding of digital marketing trends, and is skilled in utilizing various online platforms to achieve business goals.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote DO.II Designs' products and services.

  • Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns to reach and engage them effectively.

  • Maintain a coherent and consistent look and feel for the brand in all design and brand communication materials, including engagement with vendors on logo, font, and colour usage.

  • Website uploads, routine site and content maintenance and updates to ensure site aligns with business goals and objectives.

  • Engage with relevant team to ensure site security, optimize loading speed, and debug pages or fix links and images.

  • Design engaging and visually appealing content for digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.

  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.

  • Plan and execute paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.

  • Provide regular reports and recommendations for optimizing strategies based on data insights.

  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

  • Create and manage email lists, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, projects, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.

  • Carry out any other duties that may be required


Qualification and Experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience 2-3 years in digital marketing, preferably within the interior design or home decor industry.


Required Skill & Competence:



  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.

  • Proficiency in using marketing tools, photography and graphic design software’s such as Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, Zoho and Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Understanding of digital analytics and metrics and the tools to manage and evaluate them, like Google Analytics, webmaster tools, Hubspot, Href and other relevant insight tools.

  • Improve website ranking and online search results using SEO and SEM, thereby driving sales leads.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
