Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and creative NYSC UI/UX Design Intern to join our team and contribute to the design of our products.


• As a UI/UX Design Intern at Mitiget, you will work alongside experienced designers and developers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will gain hands-on experience in the design process, from concept to implementation, and contribute to projects that impact our users and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Assist in conducting user research and gathering insights to inform design decisions.


• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts and user interactions.


• Visual Design: Design user interfaces with a focus on aesthetics, usability, and brand consistency.


• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure a seamless user experience.


• Feedback and Iteration: Incorporate feedback from users and team members to refine and improve designs.


• Design Tools: Utilize design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software to create and share design assets.


• Documentation: Assist in creating design documentation and guidelines to maintain consistency across projects.

Qualifications

• Currently Serving as a Youth Corps Member (NYSC).


• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.


• Strong interest in UI/UX design and a passion for creating user-centered experiences.


• Basic understanding of design principles and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).


• Good communication and teamwork skills.


• A portfolio showcasing design projects or coursework is a plus.
