Responsibilities



  • Attend to Clients in a friendly and professional manner

  • Answering phone calls and closing deals

  • Listen attentively to all customers' question,inquiry,complains and ensure they are duly resolved

  • Reach out to customers to verify issues that might be lingering

  • Follow up on clients for referrals

  • Main a good working relationship

  • Ensure neat and quiet work environment

  • Guide clients on proper documentation like deed of assignment, survey etc.

  • Protect and represent the company's brand

  • Escalate customers' issues, provide general support to the customers.


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess an OND / NCE / HND qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.


Salary

N40,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
