Job Description:

Our client, a growing Nursery and Primary School, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven School Admissions Officer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to increase the number of pupils and revenues by effectively promoting the school to prospective parents and students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new students to the school by using modern trends such as social media campaigns.


• Conduct tours and presentations for prospective parents and students.


• Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.


• Build and maintain relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and other stakeholders.


• Provide information and assistance to parents throughout the admissions process.


• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.


• Meet or exceed enrollment targets and revenue goals.


• Develop online promotional materials and contents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.


• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or admissions, preferably in the education sector.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Knowledge of the local education market is a plus.
