• As a Cabinet Installer at Yardoak, you will play a crucial role in bringing our high-quality custom cabinetry to life.


• You will work as part of a dynamic team dedicated to craftsmanship, precision, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Installing custom cabinets and fixtures in residential and commercial settings according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.


• Taking precise measurements and ensuring accurate fit and alignment of cabinets within designated spaces.


• Using various tools and equipment to cut, shape, and assemble cabinets to achieve desired configurations and finishes.


• Ensuring all installed cabinets are level, secure, and properly anchored to walls or floors.


• Making necessary adjustments and modifications to cabinets to accommodate unique architectural features or client preferences.


• Collaborating with contractors, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and expectations.


• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.


• Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cabinet installer or similar role in the construction or woodworking industry.


• Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in cabinet installation.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision to achieve high-quality results.


• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.


• Physical stamina and ability to lift and maneuver heavy cabinets and equipment.


• Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years experience.
