Exploration Planning:
- Develop and implement exploration plans to systematically investigate and assess mining prospects.
- Use geophysical and geochemical techniques to identify anomalies indicative of mineralization.
Data Interpretation:
- Interpret geological data, including maps, cross-sections, and drilling results, to assess the economic viability of potential mining sites.
Drilling Supervision:
- Supervise and coordinate drilling programs to collect subsurface samples.
- Analyze and interpret core samples to understand the geology of the area.
Resource Estimation:
- Use statistical and geological methods to estimate the quantity and quality of mineral resources.
- Prepare resource models and reports for use in mining feasibility studies.
Environmental Impact Assessment:
- Assess the environmental impact of mining activities and propose mitigation measures.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other geologists, engineers, and mining professionals to integrate geological data into overall mine planning.
Report Writing:

Risk Assessment:

Qualifications
Education:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5 years work experience in geological exploration and mining.
Fieldwork Skills:
- Proficiency in conducting fieldwork, including geological mapping, sampling, and drilling supervision.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting geological data and conducting resource estimations.
Geotechnical Knowledge:
- Understanding of geotechnical aspects related to mining, such as rock mechanics and soil properties.
Software Proficiency:
