Responsibilities



  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building efforts.

  • Work with the sales team from lead generation to closure, including conducting client needs assessments, and developing proposals.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies and identify growth opportunities.

  • Represent the company with the sales team at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to raise brand awareness and promote our services.

  • Work with the team in developing and executing marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media campaigns, and thought leadership activities, to enhance our market presence and attract new client


Requirements



  • BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with at least 2 years relevant post-NYSC experience.

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, with experience in consultative selling and solution-based selling.

  • Experience in the consulting industry is a plus.
