Front Desk Operations:
- Managing incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel, and assisting with reservations or appointments.
Sales Support:
- Assisting customers with locating merchandise, suggesting upsells or promotional items, and ensuring shelves or display areas are stocked and organized.
