Job Summary



  • The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the dining-on-waterways experience, ensuring efficiency and safety.

  • This role requires a highly organized individual with a strong background in operations, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team.


Responsibilities



  • Coordinate and oversee all boat cruise operations including navigation, maintenance, guest services, and safety protocols.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize bookings for the boat cruise on waterways.

  • Manage the booking system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of reservations.

  • Work with the marketing team to promote the boat cruise and attract new customers.

  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

  • Prepare and manage operational budgets, including expenses related to maintenance, supplies, and crew salaries.

  • Monitor and control costs to stay within budget while maintaining high service standards.

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair schedules of the boat to ensure optimal functionality and appearance.


Qualifications



  • B.Sc in Hospitality and Tourism

  • 3 years experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to drive sales
