Job Description:

• Rightcare Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare team.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients.


• You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.


• Prepare and dispense medications, including intravenous solutions, ensuring proper dosages and administration.


• Monitor patient responses to medications and provide recommendations for adjustments as needed.


• Educate patients and healthcare staff about medications, including potential side effects and interactions.


• Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing and inventory.


• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• PharmD or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.


• Valid pharmacy license.


• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred but not required.


• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic protocols.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
