As the Brand, Content and Creative Design Lead, your job responsibilities include the following:


Brand Strategy and Creative Direction:



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with Zone's vision and values

  • Provide creative direction for all brand touchpoints, ensuring consistency across digital and physical platforms

  • Lead the evolution of Zone's visual identity and brand guidelines


Design Leadership:



  • Oversee the creation of all design deliverables, including marketing materials, website design, app interfaces, and internal communications

  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and user needs


Video Production: 



  • Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, product demos, and corporate communications

  • Oversee the entire video production process, from storyboarding to final delivery


Graphics Design: 



  • Create visually stunning graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials

  • Ensure all graphic designs align with Zone's brand identity and marketing objectives


Content Strategy:



  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that effectively communicate Zone's value proposition

  • Oversee the creation of visual content that supports SEO, social media, and other digital marketing initiatives


Digital Marketing and UX:



  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize user experience across all digital touchpoints

  • Contribute to the development of 360-degree digital strategies, including web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media campaigns


Analytics and Reporting:



  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of design and brand initiatives

  • Provide data-driven insights to inform future creative strategies and optimize ROI
