Job Responsibility

• Verify and confirm lottery agents withdrawal and recharge requests


• Process lottery agents withdrawal and recharge requests


• Attend to Issues that arises from withdrawal and recharge processes 


• Prepare reports on transactions for management review


• Escalation of issues bothering on theft, lose, shortages/ overages


• Work with other teams for transaction duties

Job Requirements

• Education Background: Accounting, Finance, Taxation,Business Administration


• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)


• Strong communication and people skills


• High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy


• Very quick learner
