Job Description Summary



  • As a Site Network Manager, you will be responsible for developing and owning the Partner Site relationships and strategy to deliver growth, differentiation and superior performance across the IQVIA human data science business.

  • The role has a key focus on maximising clinical and real-world trial delivery through the deployment of tech & data enabled strategies.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Define, plan, and execute the Partner Network strategy for a selection of specific countries within the Africa region:



  • Develop and drive the IQVIA Partner Network strategy, to maximise site productivity and accelerate patient recruitment. Including enhancing relationships at existing sites and the identification & development of new CR sites

  • Develop and own the relationship with site stakeholders to drive the development of the Partner Site network; foster customer loyalty and facilitate collaboration across the IQVIA business

  • Develop deep understanding of Network sites, key stakeholders & CT environment

  • Build and maintain a Country Partner Site Network strategic roadmap

  • Develop and implement the IQVIA Site strategic plan promoting growth and differentiation. Work with the site to drive & monitor delivery of strategic imperatives

  • Maximise opportunities for the site to participate in studies (interventional/non-interventional) or evidence networks that match site capabilities

  • Support all IQVIA teams working with the Partner Site Network to ensure the delivery of the IQVIA portfolio, overcome any site related barriers and align processes

  • Maintain and share performance metrics as well as pipeline information with the site on a routine basis

  • Identify suitable sites to participate in the Partner Network. Liaise with regional & global stakeholders to validate target sites

  • Develop messaging and materials to communicate the value proposition of the Partner Site concept to sites

  • Participate and organise joint governance meetings to review relationship status, delivery & explore opportunities for collaboration

  • Work closely with other members of the Strategic Site Networks team, and other colleagues focused on successful site relationships


Contribute to overall Strategic Site Network success



  • Support regional network strategy development and planning

  • Support business case development activities

  • Deliver regular country status reports


Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities



  • In depth knowledge of Clinical Development processes across all functional areas.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with sites, coworkers, managers and business stakeholders

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good command of the English language

  • Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics, with good judgment and ability to manage competing priorities

  • Experience presenting to varying levels of leadership, with excellent fluency in PowerPoint to support presentation needs

  • Ability to convey messaging, including value proposition to win and influence sites

  • Situational management and communication

  • Ability to self-direct, persevere, manage efficient meetings, communicate at the right time / right amount

  • Knowledge of project management concepts, deliverables-driven planning

  • Agile mindset

  • Advanced knowledge and ability to apply ICH GCP/GDPR applicable guidelines, solid understanding of new methodologies in research e.g. remote monitoring, telemedicine


Minimum Required Education And Experience



  • Bachelor's Degree Health care or other scientific discipline or educational equivalent

  • 7+ years relevant industry experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working directly at or with provider sites in a research-focused role

  • Experience with account management or customer success initiatives

  • Experience with initiatives that included change management and adoption of technology
