We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive significant growth in our enterprise customer segment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase our footprint in the enterprise sector.
- Manage the enterprise sales team, setting goals and developing training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the full sales cycle from prospect identification through contract negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and product developments.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and adapt the sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and tracking metrics to the management team regularly.
- Lead by example in all areas of performance, maintaining high standards and consistency.
Qualifications
