Job Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

  • Lead and manage a sales team of at least 20 individuals, providing guidance, training, and motivation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including large construction companies and government departments in Abuja and Lagos.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market reach.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth areas and optimize sales strategies.

  • Develop and execute sales plans and budgets.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

  • Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures.


Qualifications and Experience:



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in building materials sales, with a proven track record of success.

  • Experience leading and managing a sales team of at least 20 people.

  • Strong network of contacts within the construction industry, particularly with large construction companies and government departments in Abuja and Lagos.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities.

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
