  • Fabcom Structural Limited, a leading roofing manufacturing company in Nigeria, is seeking a skilled and organized Supplies Administrator to manage the efficient flow of materials within the warehouse department. 


Key Responsibilities: 



  • Overseeing the inventory management system, ensuring accurate records and stock levels. 

  • Processing purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers. 

  • Managing the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials. 

  • Conducting regular stock checks and audits to prevent shortages or overstocking.

  • Analyzing inventory data to identify trends and optimize stock levels. 

  • Collaborating with production and procurement departments to meet material requirements. 

  • Preparing reports on inventory levels, stock turnover, and purchasing activities. 


Qualifications and Experience: 



  • Specialist degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in material management positions within manufacturing companies. 

  • Proficiency in inventory management software and office software (e.g., Excel, Word).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
