Job Description 

• Fabcom Structural Limited, a leading roofing manufacturing company in Nigeria, is seeking a qualified and experienced Head of Security to oversee the security of our facilities and personnel within the Production Technology Department. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Developing and implementing comprehensive security policies and procedures.


• Managing and supervising security personnel to ensure effective operations. 


• Conducting regular security assessments and risk assessments. 


• Investigating security incidents and implementing corrective actions. 


• Collaborating with other departments to maintain a secure environment. 


• Ensuring compliance with security regulations and industry standards. 


• Developing and conducting security training programs for employees. 

Qualifications and Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, or a related field. 


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security management positions within manufacturing companies. 


• Strong leadership and supervisory skills. 


• Knowledge of security systems and technologies. 


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 


• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure."
