Job Description 

• Fabcom Structural Limited, a leading roofing manufacturing company in Nigeria, is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Line Team Leader to oversee and optimize production operations within our Production Technology Department. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Leading and motivating a production team to achieve daily production targets. 


• Ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety guidelines.


• Monitoring and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.


• Training and developing team members to enhance performance.


• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production flow. 

Qualifications and Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 


• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a shift leader in a manufacturing environment.


• Strong leadership and team management skills. 


• Hands-on experience with production machinery and equipment. 


• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. 


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
