Job Description 



  • We are seeking an experienced O&M Officer to join our team in the Operations & Maintenance section.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, network monitoring, trouble ticket handling, and providing 24/7 network surveillance.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar field.


Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

  • Assist with network monitoring, trouble ticket handling, and other related tasks

  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence

  • Provide 24/7 network surveillance, monitoring, reporting, and escalating incidents

  • Dispatch O&M Field Technicians and track progress on trouble tickets and preventive tasks

  • Update and maintain records in i-TSM and other databases

  • Collect data, generate reports, and provide feedback to management

  • Coordinate with other departments, subcontractors, and clients

  • Maintain high levels of client service and respond to customer inquiries

  • Ensure compliance with IMS procedures and policies.


Qualifications



  • Minimum of HND in Electrical Engineering

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar field

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Familiarity with network monitoring and trouble ticketing systems

  • Knowledge of IMS procedures and policies.
