• Our client is seeking a reliable Marketing Lead to develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close business at all revenue levels.


• Provide input on digital marketing strategies.


• Identify and research new and existing market opportunities.


• Manage the digital marketing budget.


• Track and evaluate business development efforts.


• Drive revenue and profit growth.


• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs).


• Research competitors and suggest improvements.


• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.


• Develop and manage marketing programs and partner integration.


• Generate content for publicity.


• Analyze and negotiate local advertising opportunities.


• Develop innovative communication techniques with clients.


• Manage CRM marketing activities and e-marketing programs.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Marketing or related field; additional qualifications are a plus.


• 3 - 5 years of experience in a fintech company or related field.


• Proven track record of success in similar roles at fintechs or financial institutions.


• Persuasive and goal-oriented with strategic thinking and creativity.


• Adaptable to changing markets with strong sales closing abilities.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills.


• Experience with marketing automation tools.
