JOB DESCRIPTION:



  • As the Accounts Manager will work closely with all departments and act as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to accounts.

  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Manage and grow multiple brand accounts, focusing on experiential marketing strategies.

  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with all client touchpoints.

  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and overall satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign goals with client expectations.

  • Strategize and present compelling plans for client growth, leveraging both macro and micro data.

  • Champion the organization's policies and SOPs, ensuring their consistent application.

  • across all departments and projects.

  • Implement and oversee efficient internal processes and procedures, ensuring a high level of accuracy and decorum in all operations.

  • Establish engagement and execution processes.

  • Create feedback loops within teams and departments to inform status and continuous improvement.

  • Foster strong client relationships, coordinate dynamic marketing campaigns, and drive accounts growth.

  • Drive innovative marketing solutions and client success.

  • Clearly align, support and execute the agency strategic plan and goals across all departments and staff.

  • Successful implementation of strategic initiatives and operational improvements.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in brand management or client service, with a strong

  • focus on experiential marketing.

  • Experience in a marketing agency or related field is highly desirable.

  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and daily Key Account Management tasks.

  • Exceptional project management, relationship-building, and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
