Duties as Legal Officer will include overseeing the potential legal issues of companies within the group and review the Board/Management member and staff communications, and prepare written correspondence.
Other duties include working with the different sales and operations teams to ensure the companies are adequately covered in all contractual agreements.
The person will also function as the GMD personal assistant, managing his schedules and dairies.
The successful candidate will also manage the procurement relationships with vendors, obtain competitive pricing and negotiate contracts in conjunction with relevant user departments.
Assist with project Management & Business Development.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 5 years work experience.
