Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts.

  • Manage and optimize social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Create engaging and shareable content to increase brand visibility and audience engagement. Develop creative and compelling content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, infographics, and videos.

  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.

  • Execute and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted tra伍c and conversions.

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and analysis.

  • Monitor and optimize email performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure the organization's website is optimized for user experience and search engines.

  • Regularly update website content and monitor site analytics.

  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics.

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, detailing key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

  • Foster online community engagement through social media interactions, online forums, and other digital channels.

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. 

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and audience preferences in the digital landscape.

  • Stay informed about competitors' digital marketing strategies.


Qualifications and Skills



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, SEM, and content creation.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics.

  • Strong creative and analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with emerging trends in new media and digital marketing.
