Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our farm team. The Farm Attendant will be responsible for assisting with various farm operations, including planting, weeding, harvesting, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain farm fields for planting


• Plant and cultivate various crops


• Weed and control pests and diseases


• Harvest crops and prepare them for transport


• Operate and maintain farm equipment as needed


• Assist with general farm upkeep and maintenance

Qualifications:

• Minimum of basic secondary education


• Physical stamina for outdoor work


• Basic knowledge of farming practices preferred


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This position requires physical labor and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
